ISO-900-R-7,5 & ISO-900-N-7,5

Our series ISO-900, a system of insulated individual elements which can easily mounted side-by-side, has been complemented by elements in the pitch of 7,5 mm.
Thus, the previously necessary use of two elements in the pitch of 5 mm with a spacing element of 2,5 mm is not necessary anymore. Beside the advantageous pricing, the result of this development leads to achieve a better stability of the mounted housing.

The insulation sockets are designed to isolate the double spring contacts specially by using the connectors of the types 900-S, 900-SUN and 900-SUC.
The new housing elements ISO-900-N-7,5 and ISO-900-R-7,5 are (beside the pitch) of the same design as the well known versions of ISO-900-S and ISO-900-R.
The ISO-900-N is the standard version with a pitch of 5 mm, the version ISO-900-R offers two snap fits with the aim to block the empty poles of the tab connector. The additional elements in the pitch of 7,5 mm offer a high variety of connecting options.

ISO-900-K

To achieve a coding and to prevent erroneous connections the R-versions can also bu used together with the coding element ISO-900-K. It can be placed into an empty pole of the tab connector that should not be connected by an insulating housing with snap fits. Thus, this empty pole is blocked and an erroneous conection is prevented.
The cover ISO-900-D is used for the last pole as an electric shock protection.

The insulating housings can be delivered unmounted or as pre-assembled combinations in different pitches (5 mm / 7,5 mm / 10 mm ...).
