The series 115-F offers numerous applications with its three versions 115-F-111, 115-F-118 and 115-F-211

This series was specially designed for space-critical applications, however it offers in spite of its small design a spacious clamping area. All plugs are equipped with screw clamps in elevator clamping style in order to guarantee highest clamping security for years.

The plug-in screw connectors correspond with all WECO 97-SL terminal strips, which can be inserted from above and below. In WECO´s extensive pin strip range you can also choose between pin strips in THR- and genuine SMD-technology for the series 971-SLK. 115-F can be mounted in a housing and a PCBoard can subsequently be inserted from above. When using pin blocks with overlong pins (available on request) in the direction of insertion, two plug connectors can be inserted one on top of the other (stacked) in order to produce a parallel circuit.

Especially the possibility to insert pin strips displaced either from above and below, enables two PCBoards to be connected via one terminal block.

	115-F-111 Especially suitable for space-critical applications
	115-F-118 with ribs This version has ribs on either side of the housing, which work together with snap-in locking devices of the housing, where it has to be fixed. That ensures the terminal to be firmly fixed. Usually, the PCB with the pin strips will be fitted from above. Example for application: Thermostat-cover The plug connector is snapped in a casing and can be externally pre-assembled with the leads. Afterwards, the control panel, equipped with corresponding pin-strips, is slotted in from above and then connected.
	115-F-211 with footprint This version has a footprint and is designed to correspond with base plates. Usually, the PCB with the pin strips will be fitted from above.

The series of 115-F is particularly characterised by its high variety of functionality and application. Therefore, it applies often in the building- and telecommunication technology, in particular for mass production with space-critical applications.
