 Tab connectors of serie 900 with double solder termination have been designed for 2.8 mm, 4.8 mm and 6.3 mm tab receptacles or as a combination. Depending on the particular application, uninsulated, partially or totally insulated tab receptacles according to DIN 46247 can be connected. The tab connectors -7.5 and -10 are suitable for higher voltages, due to their larger clearance and creepage distances, whereby the maximum permissible voltage depends on the individual wiring conditions. For insulation purposes, ISO-110 for 2.8 mm tab receptacles and ISO-25 for 6.3 or 2x2.8 mm tab receptacles can be used.
When using double spring contacts - suitable for tab connectors up to width 6.3 mm - insulation sockets are available.
