Series 97..-FB, -SV

The 97..-FB/-SV series is similar to the smaller 94../95..-FB/SV series, but employs larger clearance in air, creepage distances and a M3 (3 mm) clamping screw. The metric series 97..-FB/-SV is compatible with the 95..-FB/-SV and the 97..-FBW; -FBS and -K series. A stainless steel spring with long travel applies contact pressure. The design sacrifices the add-on feature for greater mechanical strength. Screw locks provide resistance to slackening and loss. By clamping the male and female connectors together, locking plate 974-P provides the metric series with additional vibration security. Connectors with larger clearance and creepage distances and pitch are also available.
